The Hollywood Museum will transform itself into a concert hall during the afternoon of Sunday, October 30, when world-renowned classical pianists, Dmitri Levkovich and Anastasia Markina, perform a one-time recital titled, ?From Russia with Love.? The Museum is located in Hollywood?s historic Max Factor Bldg at 1660 N. Highland Avenue (at Hollywood Blvd). Both pianists are past winners of the prestigious Jos? Levkovich and Markina will grace the audience with performance pieces by Chopin, Albeniz, Debussy, Millhaud, Rachmaninov, Infante, Strauss, and closing out the night with Gershwin?s Rhapsody in Blue for two pianos. The recital will take place from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. and will be followed by a VIP dessert reception, where attendees will have the opportunity to meet the two performers.

Dmitri Levkovich has performed all over the world and has graces six continents with his piano. He has been the recipient of multiple awards and has appeared in some of the most prestigious concert halls and festivals worldwide, including Carnegie Hall in New York, Marinsky Theater?s Concert Hall in St. Petersburg, Russia, and Beijing?s National Center for the Performing Arts.

Russian pianist, Anastasia Markina, has won multiple prominent music competitions, including Grand Prize at the Young Texas Artists Music Competition in 2007 and 2nd Prize at the Jos? Iturbi International Music Competition in both 2007 and 2008. She has been training under famed Russian pianist, Vladimir Viardo, for over 10 years and continues to show off her artistry at events such as the Barge Music Series in New York and the Vetta Chamber Music Festival in Vancouver, BC. She released her album, ?Russian Romances ? Joys and Sorrows? in 2010, accompanied by famed cellist, Eugene Osadchy.
